Privacy Policy

01What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and nothing else.
• What you create: niches you research, the projects, ideas, scripts and shot plans you make, and any files you upload.
• Billing status: whether you're on a trial or paid plan and when it renews. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store them.
• Basic usage and technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions, error logs and how much of your plan you've used.

02Google user data

If you choose "Continue with Google", we use Google Sign-In only to create your account and sign you in. Here is exactly how we handle the data Google shares with us:

• Data we access: your name, email address and profile picture (the basic "email" and "profile" permissions). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
• How we use it: your email address identifies your account and is where we send sign-in, billing and service emails. Your name personalises the app and our emails. Your profile picture may be shown in your account. We use it for nothing else.
• Sharing: we do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, except the service providers listed below that store it or send our emails, and only to run ContentPartner. We never use it for advertising, and we never use it to train AI models.
• Storage and protection: it is stored in our database (Supabase), encrypted in transit and at rest, and only our servers can access it.
• Retention and deletion: we keep it while your account is open. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@contentpartner.live, and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also remove ContentPartner's access at any time from your Google Account settings, under Security, Third-party apps & services.

ContentPartner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

03How we use it

• To provide the service: run your research, generate ideas and scripts, and save your work.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To manage trials and subscriptions, including stopping the same person from taking repeated free trials.
• To send you service emails such as sign-in codes, a welcome email, research-ready notices and billing confirmations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Instagram content

Research results are built from publicly available Instagram posts and profile statistics. We don't access private accounts or your own Instagram login. ContentPartner is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

05Services that help us run ContentPartner

We share only the data each provider needs to do its job:

• Supabase: sign-in, database and file storage.
• Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly visit statistics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis and writing. Your research and drafts are sent to generate results.
• Apify: collecting public Instagram data for research.
• Inngest: running long research jobs in the background.
• Whop: payments and subscriptions.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Google: optional sign-in.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account and your work for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data and content, except records we must keep for billing, legal or fraud-prevention reasons (such as a record that an email address has already used a free trial).

07Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account. Email info@contentpartner.live and we'll respond within 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.

08Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is limited to the server, and we don't store passwords: you sign in with a one-time code or with Google. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

09Children

ContentPartner is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

10Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
